"Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel right on the beach. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close walk to the beach and to the dock area with plenty of dining options and Casino. Indoor pool is a big plus for when weather isn’t ideal for outdoor pool and beach. My kids enjoyed the kids club child care for the adults to get a break. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Can’t wait to return and stay here again. "

"I’m confident it will be better over time, but right now they have quite a bit to work on. Many drinking glass were not cleaned and spider web on some chairs. Despite >85% empty (my assumption) we got an apartment where we had to go up some stairs to reach it. No elevator and not possible to change. The reception is not very quick or helpful. "The hotel itself is wonderful. There is a bar and restaurant on the first floor, and free breakfast in that restaurant from 7 in the morning until 10 in the morning. The water pressure on the showerhead is very good, though there wasn't a shower curtain. There are ATMs all around, and Burger King, McDonald's, and KFC are near for Uber Eats. You should only stay here if you have a way to get to the more urban part of Lisbon that's not Uber. If you're planning on hanging out in Saldanha for example, you're better off staying near Saldanha. Otherwise you'll spend a ton on Uber, negating the great price this hotel offers. BUT if you have people who'll take you around, have a car rented, or are willing on going on long bus rides, then you'll be fine."
