"Location next to the train station/Flixbus was ideal for me. I only stayed for one night, so it didn't bother me terribly to hear the trains a few times during the night. If I were staying longer I might feel differently. The property is likely an older hotel that got modern upgrades a few years ago; it is probably due for a refresh soon, but my room was fine for a quick stay."

The staff was extremely helpful, always willingly providing recommendations and helping with luggage. Breakfast included eggs, not just croissants and the seating was right on the sidewalk by the water. St. Marks Basilica and Doge Palace were only a 10 minute walk through the Venetian streets where you can do some shopping along the way and get a little lost. The air conditioning was perfect and we left the windows open at night for the cool breeze. The terrace was a great nightly option, bring your drink and snack just relax and watch the hustle and bustle below. Highly recommend this place. "
