"Situé au milieu d´une palmeraie, le site semble, de prime abord, parfait. Malheureusement, la promesse n´est pas tenue. Chambre spartiate, pour un 4* on aurait espéré nettement mieux, savonnette du locataire précédent laissée dans le porte savon de la douche, climatiseur et frigidaire bruyants le volet ne se ferme pas entierement .... "This was our fifth stay with Leonardo,we normally stay in to the other guest house owned by Leonardo in old town. We booked directly with the owner as we can get best the best room available. The appartments are decorated beautifully and have full kitchen facilities and private bathroom. The B&B is very close to a Local restaurant pizzeria and just a short walk from Canosa centre town(10 minutes walk).Leonardo is very helpful with recommendations about top sights to visit and restaurants to eat...

"We arrived late in day and first impressions were underwhelming and very secluded. It is the off season (May) and didn't see any other guests. It is a very expansive (large) estate and has huge potential. Breakfast was very good and we hung by the pool for several hours the next day and came to appreciate the privacy. The bed was comfortable. Be aware of loud pair of peacocks roaming the property. Noise plugs didn't help much. Lol"
