"Lovely site, with new shepherds huts and yurts being adds to the site.. work is ongoing but done respectfully. Very peaceful with no WiFi, no phone signal or TV.. which was a plus, sat into the night by the fire pit talking playing cards etc. "

"Stayed for 3 nights in a studio which was quite big. The apartments are located a short walk from the train station and near the cathedral and only a short walk into the city centre. My studio was really comfy. Apart from a bed, there is a settee table and chairs for 2, kitchen area, dressing table, mirror TV and also a plug in fan. Toiletries in bathroom. Staff very helpful and friendly. Extra items provided on request. "

"Welcome and all staff interactions, lovely! Accommodation was great.. spacious and had all you needed… Pool lovely. Not super fancy… as the title might suggest. Never used the restaurant.. Amazing pathway to he beach (297 steps) and so worth it.. gorgeous sunset. Negative- apartments aren’t soundproof.. really glad we were upstairs… Would recommend… "

"Perfect location in the heart of Wroxham/Hoveton. Nowhere better to sit and enjoy a drink by the river and watch the hustle and bustle of river life, tempered by the tranquility of the wildlife. Exceptionally friendly staff, especially if you are a dog, as one staff member quoted " We love dogs more than we love people" but qualified that by saying the "We love people also" and it shows. The food is well presented and of good quality and is freshly cooked to order. Evidenced by how full the restaurant was. Again perfect location to sit, eat, and enjoy company watching the world go by. Having their own car park, unless you arrive by boat; is a huge bonus as parking is limited. The room I had was quite small for a double room even with single occupancy, just me and my dog. However, still clean and well presented with dog bed, bowls, water and treats provided. Hopefully, I will get chance to stay in a balcony room at some point. I have enjoyed staying previously at Hotel Wroxham, this visit was the first with my dog but certainly won't be my last. This is the best dog friendly hotel I have stayed in, and I stay in hotels regularly. I would wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Wroxam to anyone wishing to stay in the area."

"Stayed in room 17 of the Lawns annexe, a few minutes walk from the hotel. Room was large, quiet with superking bed and nice walkin shower. Parking on site. Breakfast was good and all staff friendly and helpful. Fresh milk for tea always a nice touch Would have been handy to offer an umbrella in room as walk to hotel in rain not ideal Would certainly return"
