Llegamos sobre las 2 y media de la tarde, no nos daban comida porque no teníamos cita, entiendo que con la que esta cayendo y protocolos,debe ser así, pero llame varias veces con anterioridad en la semana para confirmar mi reserva, me lo podían a ver comentado y pedir cita o en su defecto llevar comida.Nos derivaron a un camping cercano, que menos mal que nos dieron de comer y muy bien por ese lado porque es lo único cercano que tienen.sobre el servicio no tenían ni tv ni wifi,si no quieres tranquilidad si o si la vas a tener jaja porque es lo único que tienes para ello y no había, el tv nos dijeron que estaban arreglando las intalaciones….leí hace como un año unas de las reseñas que les dijeron lo mismo...con lo cual el servicio que ofrecen no es el real, con el spa lo mismo, solo una piscina y 40 minutos por aforo, pero el precio el mismo...luego había unas termas de las cual no me hablaron que podías hacer uso de ellas, pero previo pago, por supuesto, cosa que desconocía,calidad precio, desorvitado,vaya..la cena un dineral y en mi caso mi chico que es alérgico no pudo comer todo y con el desayuno igual,pero el precio el mismo....tiene cartel de alérgenos pero estaban mas bien perdidos con ello, no voy a entrar en detalles. En mi opinión, esta en estado de decadencia para ser un 4 estrellas, pero ojo, que pagas bien por ello.no suelo ser muy critica cuando acudo a los hoteles, pero este se lleva la palama, aunque me duele el dineral que pague para el pésimo servicio.saludos

Baño en mal estado, mampara de cristal colgando, desagüe de lavabo no tragaba, tv sin calidad de imagen, pasillo de segunda planta un calor excesivo sin aire acondicionado, en el comedor y recepción te helabas, masaje relax no valió la pena, comida bufet un 6 maximo, spa con el agua fría, una pena, en fin no vale la pena el precio que piden por la estancia y la calidad de todo en general. Para mí... un día estrellas estaría bien. Le sobran 2😡
