"Always my favourite place to stay in Napa clean modern and staff are amazing the food is fantastic there is also an option to make your own food there is a kettle toaster microwave and fridge in the room it great to have the option the club sandwich is a must to try they have an amazing poolside vibe with dj Leo and me singing when I stay haha thanks guys see you next year ☺️"

"Amazing stay with an incredible view. I highly recommend choosing the all inclusive or full board option because meals are pricey but the food is absolutely delicious. The buffet, except for the last day, was outstanding. Fish night was amazing and lunch offered a huge salad bar plus a main course from the menu. Breakfast was also excellent. I loved it all. As a solo traveler, the noise from kids was a bit bothersome but I still had a great time. The hotel has an amazing gym that is better than many regular gyms I have seen elsewhere. The spa is included and the sauna was great. The hotel met all my needs and I cannot wait to come back, hopefully with fewer kids around next time."

"This hotel was truly a paradise to stay in, and it deserves to be a 5* !! We received a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a perfect location for the beach and the main road where all the shops, bar restaurants are, is just a few minutes' walk. The room we stayed in was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with the most gorgeous view of the beach. The pool at the hotel was also very nice, and we never had a problem getting sunbeds every day. The staff at this hotel; from reception, cleaning, breakfast, pool service, and restaurant, were all very super friendly and very accommodating. A special shout out to Tiago (pool staff), Michael (restaurant manager), Varna & Chris (breakfast staff) for going above and beyond. This holiday was extremely special for us as we were away for my partners birthday and we also got married in Cyprus 😀 !! I asked the hotel (quite last minute) if they could arrange a birthday cake for my husband as a surprise, and we walked into an amazingly decorated room. We would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to all the staff who arranged this. It was such a lovely surprise. Thank you so much ❤️! We will definitely be returning to Cyprus, and without a doubt, we will be staying at this lovely hotel again. Best regards, Mr & Mrs Schemer."

"I recently stayed at Napa Plaza Hotel and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Ayia Napa, just steps away from restaurants, shops, and nightlife—but once you’re inside, it feels like a calm, peaceful escape from the buzz outside. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable with sleek decor and everything you need for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the balcony view overlooking the pool area—it’s a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink. Speaking of the pool—it’s a highlight! Spacious, stylish, and surrounded by loungers and palm trees, it felt like a mini resort. The poolside bar service was excellent, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh options and a lovely atmosphere. There are also several bars and restaurants on-site, including some great spots for cocktails in the evening. As an adults-only hotel, the vibe is peaceful and sophisticated—ideal for couples or friends looking for a mix of relaxation and entertainment. It truly felt like a boutique getaway. Overall, I highly recommend Napa Plaza Hotel. It combines location, comfort, and great service perfectly. I’ll definitely be returning! "

"The initial impression we had that there was a sandy beach just in front of the hotel was a slight disappointment upon arrival; notwithstanding that, the rest of the hotel's amenities, friendliness of the personnel, and facilities were excellent as expected. Bottom line, we would come again with or without a front beach! And that tells it all!"
