"Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...

"Absolutely wonderful hosts and home! It was a great experience and the breakfast was delicious. The room was very quiet, air conditioning worked perfectly and everything was spotless. Highly recommended!"

"The property is very nice. The room very clean. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. Breakfast included was very good. Free available parking on the property was very good. The only negative was unclear direction upon arrival to find reception. Reception is located upstairs in an almost hidden location with limited or no signage directing you there."

"From the moment we arrived we knew we had found somewhere special, Alberto met us from the car and took us to our room. He was friendly charming and knowledgeable about the area. These chalets have been curated to the highest standards and nothing has been forgotten. We have stayed all over the world and this particular hotel/lodge is by far one of my favourites. Even local prosecco in the fridge to purchase. What more could you ask for. The main square is a five minute walk away with restaurants and wineries. We were lucky that while we where in the square there where live bands playing. This place is going to be hard to beat. I only have one negative, and that is that we only stayed one night. Absolutely wonderful:)"
