"situated way up the top of the town and with extremely limited and tight spaces but if you get a room with a terrace balcony it is well worth it. stunning. rooms clean and comfy and ours room 9 was huge like a mini suite. breakfast solid. dinner not so great would not recommend unfortunately. good value and a pleasing stay. would recommend and stay again."

"This was a fantastic hotel in a wonderful city. Rooms were excellent, the hotel lobby area was very spacious and comfortable with lots of seating, and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of foods. The location is very close to a #2 tram stop, which takes about 10 mins to get to the station. Across from this stop is a huge supermarket, Kaufland, and stops for the more direct #3 tram are about 5 mins walk away. Brilliant place to stay."

"For the price you pay, it’s not bad. The decor may need an update, but the pictures online are true to form. My only real gripe was the plastic mattress protector on the obviously new mattress- you’ll wake up in a pool of sweat in the middle of the night. Nevertheless, I still give my overall experience 5 stars because of the hotel’s staff. They went above and beyond to help me from restaurant reservations, what points of interest to see, and even printed several documents I needed for me. At the end of the day, a hotel is really just a fungible service - a bed to sleep in. The difference is service. I would definitely recommend. "
