"We loved having the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite. The mattresses and bedding were so nice and cozy. The couch in the living room was terrible! I realize its a pull-out bed as well, but the "cushions" were very thin and more like a play-mat than a sofa cushion- they were a fake leather type material and they were dingy and needed wiped down. I also did not realize we would be on the 2nd floor with stairs to climb- I have a troublesome foot and hip, so that was not great. Overall, it was a positive experience and the front desk staff was wonderful."

"Desk was never staffed, there is a bell you have to ring then wait several minutes for someone to show up. There is no friendly greeting or smile, they just do what they need to do. The room had some type of colored food stain or wax on the carpet inside the door and running down the wall by the door. Lighting was very dim, too dim to read by. Bathroom light was missing it’s cover. There was a steady leak behind the tub spout and mold on and above the shower. The toilet didn’t completely flush leaving visible waste.There was barely enough toilet paper for the weekend stay and there was no shampoo. Housekeeping never came to clean or restock. Biggest issue: we woke up the first morning to no hot water. We were told at 3pm it had been fixed but by 4 pm only had barely warm water to do an uncomfortable splash to wash off. Staff offered to move us to the first floor which had hot water but it was a much smaller bed and room which didn’t fit our needs so we couldn’t move) (we booked a king bed suite). Staff said nothing they could do other than give us the manager’s business card. Will never book this hotel again."

"Stay was terrible we only stayed one night and what's worse is Hotels.com won't give me my money back for the two nights I didn't stay even though the manager from the hotel called hotel .com and approved my reanbursment and the representative refused to give me my refund "

"Visits was overall fine. Great staff, great continental breakfast. Let’s go get up you watch it tomorrow. No get ok we’re all we’re not watching it tomorrow then OK1 cause he had you wanted to you said you wanted to talking about if you’re gonna be this way we watch movies and watch movies anymore walking down the street yeah Jessica yeah"
