"The staff is always friendly and helpful. My room reservation was somehow lost in their system so they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite. Needless to say, the kids were excited!"

"Staff was really nice. The King deluxe room I stayed in was clean and very spacious. Plenty of parking. I did not eat at the restaurant because I don't care for buffets. I went to the bar, but didn't get a drink due to the limited drink options. It wasn't a big deal because there are restaurants nearby and Oxford is only 30mins away, which have a lot of great restaurant options.The pool was green, and the staff stated the pool was being serviced on Monday. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. And, I'd stay there again."
