"We had a very enjoyable stay at Le Nouveau Monde. The hotel is comfortable and well located, but what particularly stood out was the excellent service. The reception staff were consistently friendly, professional, and very helpful, as were the staff at the bar. When we had a problem with the Nespresso machine in our room, reception responded quickly, and the maintenance staff member who came to assist us was also extremely helpful and promptly replaced the machine. We really appreciated the attentive service throughout our stay and would happily return."
