"The Room and property were very clean; breakfast very good--oatmeal and yogurt, (eggs not so much); TV was okay; Jeff and Alisa very helpful; got rested."

"This hotel is so adorable and the staff is so helpful and friendly. The rooms all have a record player that also play cassettes, cds or are Bluetooth. We stayed in the bottom rooms that have a full patio and outdoor heater...so great. The soaps, lotion and shampoo and conditioner are all high end and smell nice. They provide robes, slippers, ear plugs, water and snacks in the room and have beach equipment on request. It's a 10/10 and I'd stay here every time I'm in the area.."

"Everything was very nice given the level of the hotel. The view is spectacular. The breakfast is adequate but not hot other than great waffle makers. The staff is very helpful. The hot tub is hot and provides a nice view from the area looking at the ocean. The garage is clean and sufficient. It overlooks PCH but the closed windows muffled the noise."

"The hotel was OK there was no water in the rooms and no toiletries although they were in a giant bottle in the shower. Biggest issue was we had a king suite for $170 per night for three nights and then I changed it to two queen size beds and when we got there it was no longer a suite and the charge was $300 per night and the hotel would have made the adjustment but they said they couldn’t because basically Expedia owned and purchased the rooms so the rate was up to Expedia and they would not make any changes and I feel they overcharged us for that basic room. Never again!"

"I booked this stay last minute and did not know what to expect. Upon arrival there was no parking available for my box van even when they said they would block off the one and only space that could've accomodated the truck, and they gave my wife crap about our dog. The description on Hotels.com said dog friendly. Also, we do not need to have our room cleaned everyday, so when we left for the day to do what we were in town to do, we left the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. Everyday the tag was taken off and the room was cleaned. I believe they wanted to make sure our dog wasn't making a mess, but still, there was no semblance of privacy. AND... They had a huge issue with use checking in after 6PM! We didn't arrive until 8, what kind of hotel isn't in the service industry?"
