"The property is fine and comfortable it it misses the mark in some silly ways. For example, no ability to make coffee or tea in your room. No bottles of water in the hallway or a water fountain. You have to go downstairs and then you cannot use a room charge. No room charge was available from any facility in the hotel. No tissue in the room - only toilet paper. These are all small things by themselves but they add up to a lack of amenities over all."

"The staff was helpful the bed was comfortable but the bathroom needed maintenance shower/tub had mold around the tile. Had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. The free airport shuttle was a definite plus."
"Really enjoyed our stay here! Very comfortable beds, air conditioning, friendly and helpful staff, a convenient location next to the Rialto Bridge, and I really liked the breakfast. The only complaint is the many flights of stairs and the lack of an elevator, which can be difficult when lifting heavy suitcases."
"The location is a bit far from the centre but for us that was a plus. It felt like a small apartment away from the hustle and bustle. Having a kitchen and two bedrooms with multiple beds was a big plus for our family of four. Air conditioning worked fine and was very helpful. The included boat tours to Murano was a pleasant surprise. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
