"The location was spectacular - right at the top of the Spanish Steps! The staff was super helpful before we even arrived. There was word about a rail strike that would have potentially impacted our arrival and I reached out to the help and their input was super helpful. Our room was very clean and the sheets were heaven. they also gave us a bottle of prosecco upon arrival. We were directly across from the Hassler Hotel with excellent service without Hassler prices!"

We were assigned a two floor room which they were happy to switch for us. Air conditioning was excellent in the room. The room was smaller than we were first assigned but it had great ac."
