"The room was nice, clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful giving recommendations on where to go eat and visit. Patrick in particular was excellent and even recommended times to go visit places to avoid crowds. Breakfast is included and has a big variety of foods. If you’re going on an early excursion or tour, they offer to pack your breakfast to go. The staff accommodates to anything you need- extra blankets, towels, toiletries, etc. I highly recommend this place! "

"room was small. furnishings dated and while bathroom was technically clean, there was mildew and dark spots on grout in the shower, shower head could not be adjusted and plug stopper for tub fell apart as it turned. points that you can "live with' for an overnight stay, but for me not acceptable in a 4 star rating.// first concierge quite lovely and hospitable, 2nd concierge could not accommodate us when we called to see if we could extend stay by another day, said he would call back and never did. i had to call the reception back after 30 minutes to request an answer. 2nd concierge had "disappeared" and gone off shift , so we had to submit request again, losing valuable time to search for accommodations elsewhere (friday night)."

"Great location to explore rome. Just a few minutes walk from the bus or metro. Hotel staff are really friendly amd have recommendations for places to eat. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was typical italian and in plentiful supply. Rooms are clean and tidy. Would recommend 👌"

"Our third floor “superior double,city view” room was comfortable and immaculate, the view was wonderful. Although the hotel is located above a very busy tourist area, our room was quiet once the windows were closed. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and its helpful staff and lovely setting."

"Hotel interior is nice exterior needs a re model. But on the whole was nice hotel not cheap breakfast was €40 per couple far cheaper outside then the hotel but the food was self service for €40 I can get personal service. I anywhere. Thr gift shop staff. Should be fired rude. Indifferent to asking about where to get to some where so don’t bother with the guy in their who talking on his phone while I’m asking questions about Rome. Hotel shuttle more expensive then taxis to FCO 55£ cab €44 but hotel pool was shut indoor one open it’s lovely n steam. Sauna too excellent n free"
