"The peoperty is in a great location, check in and check out were completely hassle free. The property itself was rwally clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. The washing machine was a godsend for a beach location like Cornwall. Would definitely recommend, especially for families with small children."

"What an amazing place! Set in beautiful gardens and full of wildlife! Beautiful accommodation and so nice to be able to walk around all the gardens! The Japanese garden was our favourite! Also the cakes and coffee in the cafe are lovely! "

"The property wasn’t in the placeI it stated caravan Park.Atlantic Bays holiday Park . The post code we ended up in a farm. Not happy. Eventually after a1.30 hours we got to the above place. There was no information which lodge .The lodge itself was grotty needs to be updated wall in bedrooms need to be bit higher. I got a cold it was damp bit tight for family "

"This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. Floors, bathroom and surfaces were spotless. The bed was warm and so comfortable. Amenities are as listed. Owner/host, Antonia, is a wonderful and lovely lady (I miss her already!). "Overall the stay was great. Perfect location for the drive to many close beaches. The lodge was clean and comfortable perfect for a short break. The only thing we would recommend is the number of the lodge and campsite name be added to the booking information as we found it difficult to locate. Other than that thank you for a pleasant stay."

"A great place to stay. Very relaxing and peaceful with a small lake. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. We stayed in one with a hot tub which was great. In the daylight it feels like it will be overlooked but when it is dark it felt quite private as other places near us didn’t have hot tubs so people weren’t outside. Close to Padstow and the A30, so easy to get to lots of places. We will definitely return"

"Staff, every single one of them polite, couldnt do enough to help. All room clean, a bit dated but that was the only negative. Except window in room was broke but tild reception and they were in it. Food great, breakfast included every breakfast you could imagine frim full English, salmon, pancakes whatever you wanted just ask. Really really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. Booked parking prior to stay and our name was on the wall ready and waiting for our arrival. "

"Wonderful…smiles from all the staff when they see you and everyone is happy to help in any way. The night Porter was very helpful and friendly, the reception team couldn’t do enough and the breakfast staff went the extra mile! We forgot our robes from the room but the spa team were kind and gave us spares. The spa isn’t quite as opulent as the photos, but the service more than makes up for it, Comfy beds, great shower, delicious breakfast all in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend for a stay in Cornwall, with easy access the south coast. Will be recommending to friends and family "

"Lovely hotel , beautiful room, very clean. nice tea, coffee and biscuit selection and locally made mugs nice touch Enjoyed the pool , luckily remembered my own flip flops to walk across there. Only tiny detail is wear n tear on paintwork in bathroom but imagine this is on winter job list Complimentary drink for our anniversary was a really lovely and appreciated gesture Definitely will be back "
