Had an ok time.

The pools are great and the staff are nice, but the waterslide wasn't working (July 2025), you are not allowed to bring any food/drinks/snacks into the resort, the beds are quite hard (but tolerable). There was loud music quite late into the night and the rooms are not soundproof. We didn't hate it, but we wouldn't stay again. We paid extra for the 2-bedroom family room and there were air conditioners in the rooms, but im not certain all the rooms do. It's also worth knowing in advance that the security guards at the gate swap your ID for a card when you drive in and out. This disnt cause us a problem, but caught us off guard.

No tiene aire acondicionado solo ventiladores, pero como no hay mosquiteros en las ventanas es imposible abrirlas por el tema de los moscos, así que hace un calor terrible. Quisimos consumir en el restaurante pero hacen cambio de cocina por lo que nuestros alimentos estarian en 40-50 minutos.

El servicio y atención de los empleados es excelente. Las instalaciones son bonitas y tienen 2 albercas y 1 chapoteadero. Lo que no me encantó fueron las habitaciones, demasiado sencillas, les falta mantenimiento y se escucha toooodo lo de las habitaciones vecinas :( pero si vas a una boda y necesitas hospedaje está muy bien.

Tiene mucho espacio y distintas actividades que se pueden realizar. El único detalle son las habitaciones que les falta mantenimiento, en mi caso la luz de la recámara no funcionaba y los muebles ya están un poco viejos y huelen ligeramente a humedad
