"Bathroom shower sliding doors very hard to move. Not a fan of sliding Doors for bathroom instead of just a door to close. "

"We had a great time staying y the wilderness at the Smokies. We stayed during the week so there weren’t any lines. Hotel was very clean. Family friendly. Check in was fast. Staff was friendly-more so in the stone hill lodge where we stayed than the river lodge. Shuttle bus was available every 15min to transport to the waterpark. The only downfall was we weren’t aware of the construction going on for half of the waterpark so that was a bit of a let down but we still had fun. Park hours aren’t. Very late either for it being a vacation spot so that’s the only other let down we had. Overall though, we’d book again soon."

"My husband and I just did a quick getaway and stayed here. The hotel and the rooms were so clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a bar and grill and the food and drinks are very good. They have a buffet breakfast every morning which my husband really enjoyed. They have a swimming pool and a lazy river and hot tub. We will definitely stay again and I would recommend to others. "

"Clean rooms and property. I got to breakfast at a time where there were few pickens, but what I had was good. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Just 2 minutes walk to the Island and all we needed was close by. Possibility of staying there again in November for my birthday."

"I would highly recommend doing more research on all they have to offer. I feel we missed out on some really great things just because I didn’t fully look into it. That was of my own fault. The kids loved the pool. We have done said we will definitely be back so they can enjoy the outside one as well. We went during off season. Everyone was very inviting and friendly."

"It was great, plenty of good food without even having to drive, a lot of different shopping stores, great hotel and everyone was very helpful. Very clean room, Staff was great, Great outdoor pool on Top Roof. My childhood girlfriend and I was able to relax and not worry about anything just catching up of life and talking about out childhood. Would highly recommend Margaritaville Island Hotel. Just need to remember to account for these couple of additional added fees. Gated self parking, $10.00 + tax per day and Destination Fee $20.00 + tax per day.
