A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the gym and pool. My only negative was the habit that many Slovakian hotels have of using single beds and placing them together (while still made up as single beds) and claiming this to be a double or king bed. Thankfully the reception staff provided me with sheets to convert my singles to a double (sort of)

Das Hotel liegt etwa 100 Meter vom Zentrum entfernt. Der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist viel zu klein, als wir ankamen waren schon alle Parkplätze besetzt, somit mussten wir auf einem öffentlichem Parkplatz (kostenlos) parken. Ist gleich in der Nähe des Hotels, wir konnten unser Auto aus dem Zimmer sehen. Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, unser Balkon war das Hammer (entlang 2 Wände), die Matratzen im Bett waren ein bisschen weich für unser Geschmack. Ansonsten alles schön sauber. Reataurant und Lobbybar war sehr schön, sauber, Auswahl war auch genügend. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind mit einem 6-monatigem Baby angereist und unsere Extrawünsche wurden alle positiv erledigt. Wir hatten 2x auch Zimmerservice genutzt, das Essen wurde innerhalb 5 Minuten warm gebracht. Essen war sehr lecker und gesund uns günstig (12€ für Suppe, Hauptessen und Dezert). Vom Wellnesbereich haben wir Pool und Sauna genutzt, Wasser im Pool war für einen Erwachsenen angenehm Warm (30,5 Grad), für unser Baby hat aber leider nicht gereicht. Im großen und ganzen ist das Hotel empfehlenswert. Ich würde es nochmals buchen.

One night in Slovakia

Decent hotel in a small town that only has large factories and corporations here. So mainly the hotel guests were visitors to the surrounding factories. But the hotel it fairly new and the bedroom was spacious and ok. Had a meal there in the evening and then breakfast and both were ok.

Worst hotel ever!

WiFi is a joke. Couldn't even get Facebook messenger to work not to mention emails. They close this place they claim to be a SPA at 8:30 pm. Food in the restaurant is as bad as in any other place in Slovakia, but twice as expensive. Air conditioning... yup, doesn't work either! Oh, and they do not pick up calls at the reception, so you need to go there in person. Every.Single.Time!!! STAY AWAY! Sleeping in a tent during a stormy weather is a better choice!
