"Staff was amazing, special mention to Drogi(Georgi) he was over the top helpful, from getting bags from the car to give directions and just over all friendliness. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and got around very easily. Lana was very kind, friendly and helpful, made check in very easy. Breakfast was made to order and fantastic. Room was modern and very comfortable, gym was top level, free self parking on site. Location was fantastic 5 min walking distance to old town and to the bridge. Highly recommend this hotel. Great people that work there. Best staff, thank you for everything."
