"Hotel run down but in nice residential area. Ran out of toilet paper during stay because I extended from 4 days to 13 and the 'residence section has no service. Was refused refund on last 3 nights when I checked out early. Not really happy."

(we complained and we were told we are overreacting and this is “normal”; they did bring new bedding but also not really clean so we got our own).
