"All around wonderful experience… Dory was very knowledgeable about the area and made our stay very easy. All of the staff was equally as nice… Second time here and will continue to make it a destination of choice!"

"The room was clean, and the front desk staff were helpful. The Pool House staff were not super helpful, however, as we were given conflicting information on where to find waters. We were also frustrated that we paid a $40 nightly resort fee, but this only provides you with 2 beach chairs (not loungers). If you want lounge chairs and a beach umbrella, you have to rent them for $40 from another service provider on the beach. On our second day there, the person renting the equipment didn't show up until almost 10AM, and then (while we were out getting lunch), he put our stuff on the sand and packed up the equipment because it looked as if it MIGHT rain. Other providers on the beach left their equipment up, however. So we paid $40 for about 2-3 hours of usage. Super frustrating. This provider is not affiliated with Bilmar, but it was frustrating enough that I will be sure to stay at another location that provides their own equipment."

"It’s a very small lobby when you check in with only one person checking people in and it can take a very long time. In addition to that there are only two elevators that are also in the lobby so it can become a tight squeeze with everybody, trying to get their belongings in and out and people trying to check in. Overall, we had a good time and I can’t complain too much."
