"Everything was dirty, falling apart, disgusting and missing essential items that a hotel room should have. The beds are on metal platforms, the sheets and towels were dirty, items in the room were covered with filth. We even had a random person come to the door asking if we were staying there and wanting our laundry. I am pretty sure she didn’t even work there. Felt very unsafe."

"The property was immaculate. Decent hot breakfast. Only complaint was that there was ample room in the hotel to spread guests around to accommodate for couples traveling VS large families with young children. Instead rooms were filled in certain areas making it impossible to relax. Kids screaming, crying, jumping and carrying on ALL night long. It made a 5 star stay a 4 star simply because it was completely unnecessary. The front desk person seemed indifferent to concerns."

"Sheets not changed. Checked in for two days and what seemed like blood stain at base of bedsheet. Checked out for a day. Checked back in a day later and coincidentally, was assigned the same room. That same stain was in the exact same spot, indicating the sheet was not changed. Unsanitary to me. Will never stay there again on this point alone. Had to change rooms three times: first room wreaked of marijuana, couldn’t get into second room. One hour to check in with all of the back and forth. First time I checked in, girl was high as a kite while ordering food through her friend on phone while trying to get the computer to work during check-in. Intoxicated workers, marijuana smell everywhere, no shampoo, water faucet sprays water outside of sink, towel stains, old tub, stained toilet seat, loud talking at 2am outside my door kept me up for a while. Front desk girl during the second time I checked in was very friendly. That was very welcoming after this entire ordeal. "
