We arrived early by 2 hours at had to finish drying sheets. The condo was hot and fan going full speed. Air conditioner did not work. Called host and she said she would have someone come look at it. Never happened. Also host told us she was having trouble with front door lock before we checked in. We could never get door locked ! Made us very nervous and had to leave entire condo unlocked for our stay. Called host and was never addressed. We feel Host knew both problems before we checked in and did nothing to change problems. Never again!
