Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered.

"It was such a nice and pretty hotel in an incredible location, I ended up extending my stay five days longer that planned The receptionists, the housekeeping team , the restaurant staff were all so helpful . The pool and sauna were nice and most of al the access to the trains and buses to explore the whole area . Bad Ischl was the perfect base . Hotel is next door to Kaiser Villa , so convenient, and to the supermarket too .
A good full breakfast and my room was spacious and so nice .

"The instructions about getting inside, parking, creating keys are not intuitive. Bathroom was attached to room to extent that there was privacy. No lock on bathroom door either. No separate light of bathroom. "
