"We were a little nervous before our stay at the Courtyard Marriott Willow Grove because we saw a review mentioning the hotel had lost power and wasn’t answering calls. When we tried calling ourselves, the phone went straight to voicemail, which made us even more worried. But we decided to go anyway — and we’re so glad we did! Everything was totally fine, the hotel had power, just the phone lines were down and our stay was perfect. The staff was wonderful, super helpful, and made us feel completely at ease. So happy we didn’t cancel — would definitely stay again!"

"Smooth check-in. Super clean, quiet room, very comfortable bed. We got lucky and found a parking spot on the street right in front of the hotel. Otherwise valet parking is $25 and self parking in the lot shared with the hotel next door is $20. We ate at "Provisions" the bar/restaurant on site and the food and service were very good. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I liked that they had breakfast in the morning and an indoor pool was nice. The staff was kind and professional and answered all my questions. Room was clean, Bathroom was great. No complaints about the stay at all."
