"Excellent "

"My room was as far away from the elevator that you can get. There was no easy way to access my room other than going through the lobby. There are a lot of updates the hotel needs. In the hallway there was green painters tape holding up the wallpaper and it was pealing in many place in my room. The A/C unit was right next to the sofa so to feel any air you had to move it and even then I barely felt it. While the room did have a refrigerator there was no coffee machine or microwave. The staff was super nice. "

"Staff was wonderful. However when we got in we checked the room (as we always do when staying at a hotel) and the sheets had a stain on them in one of the beds. That was remedied quickly by a new set of sheets, as well as a partial refund of the cost of the room. Shortly after that we realized the toilet wasn’t flushing correctly. Also a quick fix. "

"Well, it was horrible, and I will never go again. You got kids screaming through the hallways at night while I'm trying to sleep. Parking was horrible for a handicap veteran. there was only 4 handicapped spaces. I had to park at the furthest spot of the parking lot. Half your gym equipment is broken and needs to be replaced."

"The couch in my room looked like it had ben taken from a dump. The shower had no water pressure. There was no one at the desk when I arrived, I had to wake someone up, and then wait for them to come down. There were no hangers to hang my shirt. The floors and the sheets were clean, but that's about the only positive thing."
