"Room was very clean and nice to stay in. We received an upgraded room on check-in, and the views of the lake from this room were wonderful. I am not sure what we would have had if not for the upgrade. Staff were friendly and helpful. The A/C worked great and was really needed for us, who were not accustomed to the heat and humidity. Parking would have been great if we brought a car. Instead, we chose to drop it off in Milan and take other transport to Como and then up to Bellagio. The kitchen was very handy and useful when we chose to use it. There were local markets close by to buy food and cook it for meals in the room. This saved us quite a bit of money. The only complaint I had was about possible usage of the associated resort facilities. The large resort next door had its name all over the residence we stayed in and it would have been nice to be able to use the resort pools or beachfront, even if for a daily fee. But I was told we could not, the following day after I booked the stay. All in all a great stay. Everything you would need is a short walk away, restaurants and shops. The exception is for the public beach, which was about 20-30 min walk and the shoreline was not bare foot friendly. We did make the trek, once, and enjoyed the refreshing swim at the beach."

"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing location, wonderful staff and excellent food. It is set a little way out of Bellagio but the shuttle is very easy to organise and you get the benefit of the view! The terrace is fantastic for breakfast, an afternoon cocktail or dinner. We ate in the hotel on just one of the evenings and have to say it was probably our best meal in Bellagio. The staff were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. My partner and I try not to return to a hotel once we have stayed as we believe in trying new places but we would both certainly return here. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Loved this hotel. I just had wanted to swim in the lake and when I went on the stone steps to go into the lake I fell due to a slimy substance being all over the stairs that you could not see. I was lucky i only hurt my back and arms and didn’t hit my head. This area needs to be roped off so no one gets killed on these steps."

"Lovely boutique hotel. Great views and the rooms was very nice. The staff was kind and helpful, really easy going and happy to help with anything. The breakfast in the morning was nice, especially the freshly pressed orange juice and home made daily cake! I would definitely stay there again, location wise it was also very good as it was less than 10min to train station and less than 15min to the ferry station."

"What a special hotel. It is away from the busy streets of Bellagio but close enough to walk (15 mins). The views are breathtaking. I stayed in room 3 which had a gorgeous balcony of the sea and also a tiny Juliet balcony off the bathroom overlooking the steps to Loppia beach. The room was modern and simple. The staff were very helpful. Adriana in the bar makes a killer homemade mule where you can sit on the terrace and enjoy in the evening. The breakfast is delicious with floor to ceiling windows. Next time, I will try the restaurant. It gets great reviews. I cannot wait to return. I hope very soon."
