"Stayed in room 101 10/10 would not recommend, on a weekend anyways, the bass from the bar rattled the windows until 2am and the door to the hallway was opened and closed loudly all night. My phone on full sound and the air conditioner on full blast did not drown out the noise"

(KV and NITI started to he hostile when I asked for the their names and refused I was denied check-in, and the employee was not only unhelpful but highly hostile. The refusal to check us in, coupled with the lack of courtesy, was completely unacceptable Left us stranded with no help or empathy. Avoid this hotel if you expect polite service.""
