We had a wonderful stay at this B and B. It was located very close to the port and was clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely stay here again. There are some stairs up to the accommodation, but after a few days, we did not notice them.

Fabulous location. You do access one bedroom through another but rooms are all very big. Don’t forget to visit restaurant in courtyard.

Located in the Old City area, we waited about half an hour for the receptionist to come to receive us, it was not convenient to get to the parking lot. It was actually a very large apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms not suitable for a couple, and we didn't realize that when we made the reservation. The apartment itself was clean and beautiful.

We arrived slightly before 3pm for check in. Two other guests arrived a little after us. Since they were Italian speakers they seemed to be given precedence to us. The receptionist proceeded to spend 20 minutes explaining the map and the surrounding area to these guests before eventually it was our turn to check in. We have travelled extensively for the last 3 years and stayed in hundreds of properties but I have not been treated as badly as this at a check in. The receptionist and the other guest could clearly see me standing there with passports in hand but continued their conversation for an extended period. The accommodation itself was spacious and clean. However it was 55 steep stairs away from reception. Try carrying 2 fairly heavy suitcases up 55 steps and see how you feel about the place! My wife has limited mobility and walks with the aid of 2 walking sticks. There was no mention of the 55 step ascent in the advertising material so this presented a challenge to her. In conclusion a rude receptionist and many stairs made this a poor place to stay!

Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Propreté impeccable. Equipement au top, de la cuisine aux serviettes de bain. Situation centrée mais très calme. Parking à 2 minutes à pied. Seul petit bémol : nous avons dû dormir en chaussetes et survêtement car pas de couvertures à disposition. A mi octobre, dans une vieille bâtisse sans chauffage, un drap et un fin couvre-lit en coton ne suffisent pas.

What a hidden gem

Found Trani by chance and also found Palazzo Bianchi by chance. We are glad we did. Very nice town and equally nice accomodation. Rooms really good and staff so very helpful. A good place to explore

hidden gem

The accomodation exceeded our expectations. Rooms were big, bed very comfortable and other amenities very good. Location so good. Could walk just about everywhere.the reception staff made the stay even better, wow such a help and friendly. Trani is a wonderful town. If you are visiting you should really think about staying here
