"Great view, nice pool, room was large and bed comfortable. The hotel is a bit maze like and it's confusing what hallways and elevators go where."

"Hotel Savoia was our favorite hotel that we stayed at during our entire Italy trip. Such a cozy and special hotel in Positano, located in a central and convenient location. Less than 10 minutes walk down to the beach and bus stop, with lots of shopping nearby. Staff is so friendly and helpful. They assisted us with our ferry transportation due to cancellations from windy/rainy weather, restaurant recommendations, and any questions we had during check-in and check-out. We absolutely loved their breakfast - all the food that was provided was so thoughtful and fresh, coffee was made to order, and their staff was so attentive. We stayed in a room with a balcony and the view was breathtaking. We spent our evenings out on the balcony which was the perfect way to end our days. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again."

Grand Hotel Excelsior Amalfi

"Best view in Amalfi! Staff were all very friendly, included breakfast had lots of delicious options. Shuttle bus goes into town every 30 minutes, call in advance to coordinate a pickup and save yourself 70 euro on a taxi upon arrival. Restaurant had good food and good service, room service a bit overpriced, +20 euro on top of cost. Limited minibar in the hotel room but sufficient."

"We stayed in the annex building and the view was truly breathtaking. The room was cleaned every day and we had fresh towels, bathrobes and towel warmers and we stayed in the balcony suite. It always smelt so good on our walk over because of the lemon garden and the whole hotel staff made our trip truly unforgettable. Towards the end of the trip the staff anticipated how we would like our coffees and I have never had such great hospitality in a hotel! I hope to return one day to this beautiful hotel!"

Imperial Hotel Tramontano

"Amazing hotel! Would definitely visit again. We stayed in a junior suite which was very comfortable and spacious and included a big balcony looking over the water. We watched the sunset from our balcony every night. Very comfortable bed and great shower. We enjoyed the pool and pool bar, as well as the regular bar (drinks only - we didn't eat onsite). Employees were all very friendly! The only downside was the beach club that the hotel partners with was not open when we were there (late May). But the Marameo Beach Club is right at the base of the hotel and is a great alternative. Hotel location was great - very walkable to many shops and restaurants. Overall 10/10."

Hilton Sorrento Palace

8/10 Good

"Nice hotel. A little removed from central Sorrento but hotel is quiet, clean with comfortable beds, large rooms, clean fresh modern decor and a nice garden. Food is expensive and not that great in “Happyissimo” restaurant. Seasonal unheated outdoor pool is nice but closed if weather is cool. Indoor pool is opened when outdoor pool is closed but criteria for switch seems arbitrary. It isn’t always clear which pool is open early in the season (May). Breakfasts good."
