"I could not get a hold with the receptionist online. It was most fearful place to stay because of the frightening owner rules. It feels like you’re under 24 hours surveillance radar constantly being watched in case you failed to comply with the owner rules. However the place around was pretty safe. "

"This property was easily located. Very easy getting into especially considering our late arrival. Very quiet. Great location within walking distance to many of the historical parts of the city. well equipped with anything we would have needed, ie iron, towels, dishware, etc. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. "Excellent service at the hotel from Oksana. My bus from Belarus crossed the border earlier than expected, but I was accommodated at the hotel without waiting for the official check-in time. The rooms are clean, cozy, and in a great location, and the public bus from the hotel to the airport runs on schedule. Travel is inexpensive."

"This hotel is conveniently located right next to the Gate of Hope, close to the train station and the bus station to the airport. The room was clean and spacious, with sufficient supply. The staff was very kind and helpful, they were ready to jump to help when we encountered difficulties due to an error of a member in our group. The breakfast was fresh and adequate. The price was reasonable for the room and service. Will recommend this hotel."
