"Nice stay in a nice hotel where everything was nicely arranged."

"I made the reservation in the afternoon of the date I wanted to stay. Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). I asked how can it be and was told that if I want to speak with someone in English I should call again in 0.5-1 hours. I called more than...

"Adequate room with a nice bathroom. Restaurant was superb and the staff very friendly. The location is just wonderful!"

"Die Zimmer im Bahnwagon sind perfekt. Der Platz reicht und man fühlt sich in die Jugendjahre zurückgesetzt. Auch die Sitzplätze zum Essen und Spielen sind praktisch und gut ausgerüstet. Es hat eine Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffee, Spielsachen für die Kinder usw. "

"Its fine and certainly well located, but very basic. Sheets pretty rough and the towel had been left in a washer too long. Very musty smelling. Be warned, hotel is right under bell tower and you do hear it throughout the night if window is open."

"Went there for a work trip. Overall experience was good. Only a small personal remark about the bed. The bed was ok, but a bit of a thin squeaky mattress. Also 2 separate mattresses in a double bed where one is lying higher than the other isn't extremely comfortable. Nonetheless. Breakfast was good, room was ok. Good for a business trip."

"Das familiengeführte Hotel ist insgesamt sehr angenehm. Es hat sehr schön einegrichtete Zimmer mit einem modernen Bad. Herr Bugl ist sehr freundlich und umgänglich. Der Anlass meiner Reise hierher war dienstlich, dennoch konnte ich mich gut erholen. Wenn ich hier in der Gegend wieder einmal zu tun habe, werde ich wieder im Buglhof übernachten."
