"Effet wahou quand on découvre les lieux. À part ceci, le wifi ne marche pas et nous redirige vers un portail sur lequel on ne peut pas se connecter. Le lit de la 1ere chambre était cassé. Les poubelles des précédents invités n’étaient pas vidés et le bidon d’eau était vide à notre arrivé. Prestation pas à la hauteur de l’attente pour le tarif. Afin de tenir la promesse, il faudrait être plus minutieux sur les details"

"The location is nice, near the Kampot town just around 5min by TukTuk. The room no bad, cool balcony at level 2, friendly staffs. But unfortunately no WiFi, is under maintenance due to government works. Overall is good. "

"Clean,quiet and safe area. Good restaurant with reasonable price. Walkable to main Street, Kep market and ferries port where you can go to many islands like Rabbit island extra. I wish the residents around the areas help keep the streets clean and don't let their cows or dogs poop on the streets. "
