"We stayed in the Double Room, Non Smoking (15 sqm). The room is compact but efficient, with a small bath tub in the bathroom and a humidifier that you fill with your own water before switching on. Free hot drinks are available at the lobby throughout the day. Check in was smooth and straightforward, and the hotel already had our Expedia reservations ready. As with most Japanese hotels, copies of our passports were taken at registration. Coin laundry facilities are available at the lobby, along with vending machines for drinks and beer. The washer costs Y200 for a 31 minute cycle, detergent is Y30, and the dryer is Y100 for every 10 minutes. The location is excellent. The hotel sits just across the road from Toyama Station and is also beside a Family Mart, making it very convenient for quick snacks and essentials. A shopping mall with multiple food options is within short walking distance. Luggage delivery via Ta-Q-Bin was easy to arrange. Each bag requires its own slip, and the process was handled efficiently by the hotel."

"All the front female staffs were curtious EXCEPT one male front desk staff was rude. He was there on 11/18/25 at 10:40 AM local time. Our one bedroom suite was clean and spacious. Breakfast had both western and japanese food. Room temperature can be lowered to comfortable cool setting, very comfortable stay."

"The hotel is situated conveniently next to a mall with great food and shopping. We only stayed a night - would have loved to stay a couple more nights to enjoy Toyama. "

"Its a "romance hotel," which I didn't realize until I got there, so I was naturally confused when I entered the front door as there is no reception desk just 4 buttons you can press to select your room type and a phone. I stood around confused for long enough that a nice employee saw me confused on a security camera and came to help. When I entered my room there is a credit card machine, and other amenities for your stay, including the "romantic" items available for use. It was an unusually designed room, but it was a fun design. I interacted with a few of the employees because of my presentation as a confused foreigner, but everyone was very nice and accommodating. "

"Check out was smooth and good. I was able to check out early and was given a refund with a small cancelation feel. I mistakenly reserved a smoking room which was my mistake but I was unable to change the room due to no vacancies. Amenities were very good and the room was comfortable for the price. It was conveniently located and near the main station. "
