"Hotel advertises that there is a Gym, but the gym is not attached to the hotel. It is a separate club. When we went there, the gym told us that the hotel no longer has an agreement to allow hotel guests to use their facilities. When checking again with the front desk, they confirmed that that was true (even though they first told us to go to that gym)."

"The staff were absolutely amazing, so helpful, and made me feel like I was family. My room was spotless, super comfortable, and the club lounge was very convenient. We have an upcoming conference, everyone involved in the planning was so thorough… I have the utmost confidence it will be a fabulous event! There were several options for parking that were less expensive than the garage that’s attached to the hotel, however, did you not offer in and out access; you can reserve through SpotHero."

"Bar and staff were nice. Multiple elevators were down when we visited making checkout time chaotic. Elevators only take 6 ppl, especially when Multiple events where happening in the area. Couldn't take the stairs because they were closed. It was about 30 minutes. The bathtubs needed scrubbing. Use to love staying here years ago but feels like the upkeep has changed."

"Room assigned had shower that leaked all over bathroom floor. Front desk placed us in another room next day with no problem. I realized 2 days later that I didn’t have a pair of shoes. I went front desk again thinking I either forgot them from home or just left them in room we moved from. They had housekeeping check and found my shoes! All staff very helpful."

"I am surprised to see parking was not included. We were visiting family that lives adjacent to the hotel - super convenient but parking could be complementary for friends and family since they recommended the hotel. Other than that - great hotel. Great restaurants too ."
