"Left all used towels outside of room to be replaced. None were replaced. There needs to be higher bars in bathrooms to get in and out of tub! Accident waiting to happen. Wanted to pay with with debit card upon checkout but was told that it was billed to card that used to hold the room! I never said to bill my card! Very upset!"
