They failed to mention that the fireplace is only seasonal and they only turn it on after October 1st. There are no chairs for the private fire pit the hot tub light did not work the hot tub was not usable until the second evening of our stay and the Wi-Fi was not working until the second morning of our stay. Working with Avant Stay's team to resolve the issue is extremely tedious.
