"Visited in Dec 2025 with family over Christmas and were pleasantly surprised with the hotel and its amenities. Staff was exceptionally warm and friendly. We purchased the all inclusive add-on, which was well worth the food and drinks, which can get pricey in Bermuda. Rooms were clean and managed really well. The all inclusive option even came with a 3 day transportation pass that allowed us to travel in the bus and ferry system for free. Will visit and stay here again."

"My partner and I stayed at Royal Palms for a few days over Christmas and loved it. The staff were so kind, attentive and helpful. The food at Palamino was great, property was safe and quiet, and was an easy walk over to Hamilton / Front Street. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and will definitely be back! "

"Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The staff in the gold lounge, Rolley,Pascoal, Vitoria and Alysha go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant..all parts of the hotel in and out are kept in tiptop condition. The location is perfect only a 5 minute walk into Hamilton and the view of the bay is gorgeous."
