"One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in which was a genuine surprise since this property had 8.2 rating on hotels.com. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free, but the first room they gave us reeked of cigarette smoke so fortunately they had another room with 2 queen beds available still (I question if the beds were actually queen sized or doubles too). The next room had a giant stain on top of one bed cover that would have been impossible to miss when they made the bed, the underlay sheets had multiple brown stains, and the blanket on the other bed had cigarette burns on it and again I don’t know how that would have been missed when they washed it and put it on the bed. The window had duct tape over cracks which wasn’t great. The front desk staff person was friendly at least when she moved our room and brought us clean(er) bed spreads. The breakfast was pretty limited which isn’t surprising when it lists continental breakfast, but the cereal dispenser was labeled with regular Cheerios and was loaded with Honey Nut Cheerios which would have been a serious problem if my kids had allergies. If I hadn’t been in the car with whiny kids I would have left and checked into a better hotel so don’t make them same mistake."
