"Property was clean but it could do with more indepth cleaning i.e. ensuring each table was cleaned thoroughly and glasses were cleaned in dining area. I saw a bug walking on the table and in between the tissues. Wasn't much to do within walking distance so had to travel in car or 3 wheeler. Bathroom was a slight let down as toilets were never thoroughly cleaned and there were cobwebs by curtains and rotting wood. Mini fridge was giving off heat so had it replaced. Lifts didnt work for 3 days. No...

"Friendly and attentive staff in all areas. Can get to Phagwara shopping centre by tuk tuk in 10 mins 150 rupees. Decent restaurant. Gym has all essential equipment. Safe environment. Had the suite with extra room which was useful to relax in, there were 3 of us."
