"Everyone at the desks were great. It was our 1st time in the UK. We didn’t realize we had to have a different adapter than the rest of Europe and the staff gave a charger to use but wouldn’t work so they charged our iPhones for us! The only disappointment we had was we asked the concierge to help us with getting a taxi to go to Buckingham and Kensington palaces and both of them brushed us off and said take the tube and literally turned their backs on us.
