"A stunning hotel with a wonderful staff, just lacking some attention to details to place it at a solid Four star level - in the lobby: a/ sofas cushions could use some reupholstering, 2/ fresher flowers bouquet, and 3/ a thoughtful music playlist would elevate the first impression!
Better quality viennoiseries and bread @ breakfast also expected to elevate the standing"
