"Highly recommended - stayed in one of the rooms with your own walk up pool, your are close to all the action but still have your privacy, and you can still request drinks from the helpful staff. I would recommend to get the rooms over looking the activity pool so you can see all the activities. Plenty of food, dessert and drink options. This hotel is about 35 min walk to the marina on the beach. I would recommend using the beach vendors after some vetting for your jet-ski, boat ride to the arch, snorkeling needs, you get better pricing with some haggling. Overall highly recommended"

"Garza Blanca was beautiful! The staff was fantastic! The one and only drawback was that there was no buffet for lunch and dinner. The restaurants were all great but it wuf have been nice to see more buffet meals. Buy all in all it was beautiful"

"Staff was very helpful with IT questions. Restaurant options were excellent, and the food, on average, was quite good. This is a good place for families, but not so much for young adults or seniors. Everything outside the inclusive pricing seemed very, very expensive. Spa costs were extreme, and my partner was disappointed at the Golf options. All employees were super friendly and did everything they could to make our family’s stay comfortable."

"The staff at this property is amazing, kind and genuine. I love that the spa amenities are available to all guests, not just those scheduled for treatments! Very unique. I did go to yoga one morning and there was no room, instructor didn’t do anything to make room for me. That is the only negative experience of the entire visit. Our concierge Perla was wonderfully helpful. The food was delicious and unique to each restaurant. Even the breakfast offerings were different and unique! This is our 3rd visit to the One and Only, would plan to return again!!💝"

"The staff was amazing at Hacienda Encantada. My partner and I stayed in El Encanto for our 1 year anniversary and everyone went above and beyond. Our concierge David was extremely helpful the whole trip and booked us excursions and dinners so we didn’t have to stress. We absolutely loved El Patio pool and Ingrid took amazing care of us for our whole stay. Our room was very clean and was cleaned daily and stocked with clean towels and sheets. My partner and I will definitely be returning"
