"Our stay at Grand Velas was truly top-notch! Right from the start, the pre-travel concierge made planning effortless. Once we arrived, our onsite concierges, Atenas and Santiago, took incredible care of us—their attentive, friendly service made us feel completely spoiled throughout the whole trip.
The staff across the property are so warm and welcoming, and the resort is impeccably clean. As vegetarians, we were super impressed by the food options! Dining at an all-inclusive as vegetarians can be hit or miss, but Grand Velas went above and beyond with delicious vegetarian options at almost every spot. The only disappointing experience was at Frida's —the food was average and the service was just okay (we told our waiter we were vegetarian and he proceeded to tell us about the most popular dishes, none of which were vegetarian! Every other dining experience was flat-out amazing! Definitely recommend the tasting menu at the Michelin star restaurant Cocina de Autor!
Also, do not skip the spa! The water ceremony is an absolute must—seriously, make sure you do it.
The rooms are huge, super comfortable, and come with gorgeous ocean views and well-stocked amenities.
Overall, we had an unforgettable vacation. Highly recommend Grand Velas to anyone looking for a fabulous getaway, and we will definitely be coming back!"
