Room was clean and pleasant. I think life would be simpler if breakfast was simply included for everyone and the opening cost was a little more. The first time I stayed there breakfast was included. The second time I stayed there, breakfast was not included. I still don’t know why and was very disappointed as breakfast included was a big draw.

An excellent good value clean hotel in a very convenient location right opposite the train station. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was very effective. There was a lift to all floors. Can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't have it but I would certainly be happy to stay here again when I am next in Toulouse.

Staff at the counter was friendly. The fridge was barely cool, my drinks wasn't cold, some fruits went bad overnight. The air conditioner was an old model with knobs and switch to set the temperature and strength of ventilation, and not cooling all that well. There was a small safe which was still convenient. No washing machine in the hotel so you'll need to find one a bit further next street. The windows were well isolated but the walls and ceiling/floor are rather thin i guess: you can hear steps from people walking on the floor above. The tv is very small with bad sound. The room was rather small. Location is very good as just in front of the train station and 15min walk from the city center. Overall, for the price of the room at a 2 star hotel, I guess it's ok for one night if you don't really have a choice and if you just need a place to sleep.

Less than 5 and 7 minutes walk from main train and bus stations Very good sized room with wooden type floors not fully clean. I found some hairs and dirt on the floors and a few hairs under the mattress cover. I spent a few minutes removing these on arrival. Comfortable bed. Adequate hanging and shelf space. Safe present which was not screwed to the shelf. I did point this out but unchanged before I left.On the positive side very good views of Toulouse and the Pyrenees from 5th floor.Hot drink making facilities.Nice desk. Efficient elevator close to room. Plenty of hot water for shower and adequate towels. Pleasant staff
