桌椅稍嫌不足，沒有門鏈讓人覺得安全不踏實。浴缸建議加裝扶手，浴缸內放防滑墊。停車場坡道建議加強標示，第一次下去時是有些疑惑擔心，機械停車位較窄，出入還需折後照鏡。建議重新思考整理規劃整個停車場。

公共空間及房間(Room C)都很乾淨，垃圾還有做簡單分類（很棒！），房源距離羅東夜市/羅東車站都算蠻近的，樓下附近就有超商及自助洗衣店，整體算是相當方便。唯一美中不足的是吹風機風量極小，且使用一段時間就需要等待其冷卻（不過這部分在入住須知就有提到，非事後使用才發現的），對長髮者較不友善。

沒有所謂的服務人員，一切都是用電話下指示房門一打開霉味就直衝上來，被子、毛巾也都有霉味，地墊毛巾也是有污痕一大片！民宿位於很不方便的斜坡，開車來不方便，不開車更不方便
