"This is a fine hotel, but you can do much better for your money in San Cristobal. The rooms are carpeted (strange for this part of the world), and this contributes to a general stuffy/musty feeling. I was first given a room with a window that only opened into the inner courtyard, meaning I couldn’t have fresh air and privacy. After some difficulty, I managed to move to a 2nd floor room, which was better — but this place is located across the street from a bar with loud karaoke. Staff were generally helpful and the place was clean, but at this price point I wouldn’t recommend it. The “included” continental breakfast is just toast and coffee."

"The hotel is very centrally located and has a great restaurant and bar. The patio and courtyard look nice, relaxing and quiet. There was some noise coming from outside the room due to students staying next door that were loud. And our hotel room faced the street so there was some car engine noise but we could still sleep well. The staff was nice and accommodating. The best experience was in the bar with the bartender Adan. He was great, made some amazing drinks for us and gave us some tasting of new liquors we had not tried before like the liquor de jamaica, mucilago de maiz, and pox which is a liquor made from corn. Had a great night in a relaxing atmosphere at the bar."

"Excelente experiencia. La propiedad estaba muy limpia, todo bien cuidado y el personal fue súper atento y amable en todo momento. Nos hospedamos en una suite con balcón y, a pesar de eso, no se escuchaba ningún ruido, lo que hizo la estancia muy cómoda y tranquila. Definitivamente la recomiendo, 10/10."
