"Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! We loved this property as it was clean, the room was large and the staff were so helpful. They booked us cars to get from the train station and airport, helped us book a scooter and even gave us food recommendations. We used the pool as it was so hot out and we also ate the breakfast both mornings. The staff were the highlight though as they were truly amazing. Such a beautiful property to be lucky enough to stay at."

She helped us out booking the photographer and the transfers to the railway station and solving all the doubts we had. "This is a gem of a hotel. Tucked away so you wouldn’t even know it was there. We arrived at night and it was beautifully lit and in a gorgeous setting. Everyone and everything is perfect."

"The staff at this hotel were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. They have e-bikes which you can rent. One of the staff even came and found me when I got lost!! The property is about 7km from the town but very doable if you take the e-bikes and the hotel provides helmets. The pool is very instagrammable! The views were amazing. They also have local costumes available for dressing up in if that appeals. There are lots of high tech gizmos, including a Japanese style toilet, a movie screen that comes down from the roof and automated curtains. All can be controlled by voice commands (if you speak Chinese)! This was our favourite hotel and we’d love to go back."

The staff and owners were very kind, going above and beyond in order to make the trip memorable. They helped book many of my tickets and were even able to offer some discounts on certain tickets! No matter what you need if you ask them they will do all they can to accommodate and help you on your trip"
