"Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). "Didn’t get the VIP perks. Good location for easy stop for tram. However it can be noisy if room overlooking the tram tracks. Also lot of party people at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent.
