"If you can afford the extra get a room with a view .We didn't and had a lovely view of the car park. We were also there on a holiday weekend (Which we were unaware of before arrival) and made the mistake of not booking dinner months or weeks before our arrival so the restaurant was already booked out for the two nights of our stay. It was difficult to get in anywhere as it was a holiday. Poor planning on my part. As I had booked my stay here many months in advance it might have been nice to have...

"The indoor and outdoor onsen provide different experiences of onsen. The view from hotel is amazing.
The hotel provides excellent service. My mom fell to the ground and got injured when crossing street. The lady from hotel provides us ice bag and medicines for my mom. They are super helpful."
